Depending on your address, this may reach you overnight, or may take a few days. Due to the various sizes in packaging, we recommend you provide a postal address, where the delivery can be accepted in person,(for example your work place), as some parcels may not fit through all letter boxes. We would recommend that you allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered, to avoid running out of your existing supply of contact lenses. 5) Are they the same lenses as I get from my regular optician? Yes, we can only supply identical lenses to those prescribed and fitted by a registered optician. We supply contact lenses from all the main manufacturers such as Ciba Vision, Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb, and Cooper Vision. If you wear Own Brand lenses from Vision Express or Specsavers etc, they are just Brand name lenses repackaged for corporate purposes, but we can supply you the identical lenses. 6) What is a contact lens prescription? Your contact lens prescription is specific to your contact lens information. It will state the brand name, the strength and size of lenses, you are currently wearing. If this is not automatically supplied, you can request it, as it is your information, relating to your specific requirements 8) If my prescription has not changed, why do I need a yearly check-up? Yearly check ups are essential to check your prescription, the health of your eyes, your compliance with the wearing schedule and cleaning routines, and to answer any queries you may have. 9) I have no prescription, but want to change the colour of my eyes, do I still have to see an optician? Yes, even though you want the lenses for cosmetic reasons, you must still visit an optician, as contact lenses are a medical device, and need the same care and attention as prescription lenses. 10) Will you contact my optician to verify my prescription?
