TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of contact lenses from ezlenses.com by you.

1. By placing your order with ezlenses.com, it constitutes a contract of sale between both parties.
2. All trading activities shall be governed by Laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over these activities
3. All prices charged, will be inclusive of Vat, at the appropriate rate. Prices are displayed in Euro,   prices charged will be those ruling at the date of payment processing. Please select an alternative currency as required. Exchange rate fluctuations may vary to the amount invoiced to your credit card, due to dates of posting payment, for some alternate currencies. Ezlenses is a trading name of Barrow Way Ltd, which will appear on your credit card statement
4. In placing an order with ezlenses, you understand that wearing contact lenses may affect the health of your eyes, and that all eye care professionals, must place the well being of their customers as a priority.
   Ezlenses reserve the right not to accept an order, if the suitability to use the specified contact lenses is in question, the validation of the contact lens prescription is not possible, there is any question as to the ocular health of a customer, or if payment was not permitted for any reason
5. Ezlenses do not accept any responsibility for the suitability or lack of suitability, of a customer to wear contact lenses, as specified in the prescription you provide to  ezlenses.com
6. By placing an order with ezlenses.com, you the customer agree that you have not been advised to cease wearing contact lenses, and that you attend your optician at least once a year, for the required check-ups and required eye examinations as directed by your optician.
7. You agree that the prescription provided to ezlenses.com by you,  is valid and current, being less than twelve months old, and that ezlenses.com can only supply enough lenses to you, for the
   Duration of that prescription.
8. We will verify your prescription, with your optician, only if you are unable to provide us with a usable copy of your prescription, and only if you provide the required information to allow us to do so. By providing your opticians contact details, and placing an order we have confirmed with the Information Commissioners Office, that this constitutes your full express permission for us to act on your behalf, and complies with the Data Protection regulations
9. We will supply you with the identical lenses, to those specified in your contact lens prescription, provided by you to ezlenses.com, and those lenses shall be delivered in the original supplier�s packaging, un-opened and in good condition.
10. We will notify you, upon receipt of your order, and the status of that order, by email
11. Your order will be delivered to the postal address specified by you upon placing the order, and you agree to, collecting that order from your postal service provider, if they are unable to deliver to the address specified, at no fault of the postal service provider or ezlenses.com. Stock lenses will normally be dispatched within Twenty Four hours of verifying your prescription, non stock orders will normally be dispatched within seven working days, depending on the order type. Delivery is free of charge within Ireland and the UK. Deliveries to outside these regions may take longer, and are subject to delivery charges. 12. Payment shall be by way of credit card and debit card. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment to ezlenses.com. and the verification of your prescription
13. Faulty lenses shall be replaced free of charge, and returned lenses that are not damaged or un-opened are refundable within 28 days of receipt by you.
14. By registering your details with ezlenses.com, you agree to ezlenses.com advising you about changes to procedures/promotions etc.
